On the eve of birth anniversary of great freedom fighter of India and dalit leader Sri Birsa Munda i.e; on 15th November'2015 a skill assessment & development workshop for the youths of  Tea garden community of Moran T.E. is held.

Objective:

It is a part of skill development project called "Kaushal Varga" initiated by Vivekananda Kendra to support the Tea community's' youths to cultivate & manifest their inherent potentialities needed to upgrade their  Socio-Economical competency.

Session started with Shanti Path (Vedic Chanting) by Ananadalaya Acharyas followed by the participants

Sri.Jayanta Chawra ,Anandalay Pramukh has delivered the Well come Address.

About the Resource Person

Sri.Vinayak Ranade is a Diploma in Industrial electronics in 1979. His expertisation are mainly in the field of Digital Photography,videography,sound managements,live stage event arrangement. He is equally skilled in various technicalities related to electronics,electrical system,mechanicals,plumbing,carpentry,computer desktop assembling,networking, repairing of electronics,electrical,mechanical devices as well as carpentry etc.After gathering 50 years of experience of skill full  services in India & abroad(including Middle East & Australia) with various national & inter-national organisations he joined Vivekananda Kendra as Banaprasti karyakarta to contribute to its mission of "Man Making And Nation Building " through skill development programs.

We strongly believe that self confidence and self esteem are the basic foundation of all great performances. More than the weaknesses one should know his/ her strengths and fully focus on it.Our approach toward the skill development program is based on this ideology.So our Kaushal Varga begins with one-to-one counselling of all the participants in a very friendly & motivating atmosphere congenial for them to express themselves.

Lecture on "Karyakaushalta" -skilful performance: Sri. Vinayak Ranadeji delivered the keynote lecture of  " Kaushal Varga"  in a very convincing way.It was more interactive than one man speech. Lots of interest and curiosities among the participants are observed.
